Wage Wizard is a tool to help people understand pay in the UK better. Based on UK national statistics and my own proprietary modelling and forecasting it can give you up to date, hyper-local estimates of hourly or annual pay for hundreds of different jobs.
It’s free to look up pay for one job, one time. If you want to use it to understand your own workforce, or you are a recruiter there is a very generously priced premium option which comes with lots of extra features.
The idea is simple: look up a place in the UK and see all the data that is published about that area, presented in an easy to digest way, with analysis of trends to help you understand what is going on.
Datum Report was inspired by my work on Wage Wizard and also my frustration with how inaccessible local statistics are to anyone who doesn’t have a tame statistician to wade through ONS.
