I’m currently Group Head of Data at PIA Group, a PE-backed accountancy group operating across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Alongside that role, I take on a small number of focused engagements through my company, Future Consulting B.V.
Where I can help
- Setting up or consolidating a data function, especially across countries or after acquisitions
- Reviewing data architecture, tooling and team structure, with a clear plan at the end
- Analytics and modelling work with an econometrics grounding, such as marketing impact analytics, or other commercial analysis.
Recent work
In 2026 I worked with a UK-based marketing agency to help them evaluate the digital media spend of their client, a major UK retailer. This analysis led to a significant review of the retailer’s media strategy.
How I work
Engagements are short and well-defined: a review, an assessment, or a few advisory days spread over a period. I don’t take on work that competes with my current role.
